I have knowledge and trainings in multiple theoretical orientations. However, in recognition of the complexity of each individual, I don't practice just one; rather, I utilize a combination of methods that best suit the needs of each individual, couple, or family. My preferences include trauma-focused approach, cognitive behaviors therapy, attachment-based family therapy, and client-centered therapy as bases in formulating a plan for each person. My specialties include working with those struggling with trauma, depression, shame and guilt; helping to effectively process grief; high-conflict couples, and helping couples build intimacy.
